First&Last Top Coat

Combination Base Coat/Top Coat. First & Last is the simplicity of a base coat and a top coat in one bottle. Contains Calcium and Panthenol, a Pro-Vitamin B5, which promotes moisture retention whilst Calcium strengthens the nails. Enriched with Vitamin A to increase moisture retention, First and Last also helps to protect the polish and leaves the nail with a high gloss finish.

DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde free.
