BIOACTIVE B-COMPLEX with optimal doses and fast action in the body. B-vitamins take part in most metabolic processes of the body. B-vitamins contribute to cells’ energy production, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, mutual communication between nerve cells (memory, focus, concentration) and the normal function of brain, nervous, hormonal and immune systems.
Bioactive B-complex is the combination of all these B vitamins that are vital for effective interaction between the organ systems. The word “bioactive” means that the B vitamins are brought into an active form that goes directly to metabolism.

In the B-COMPLEX product, thiamine (B1) contributes to normal cardiac function, niacin (B3) to the normal function of the nervous system and folate (B9) to the normal function of the immune system. Riboflavin (B2) helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Pantothenic acid (B5) contributes to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological functions and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

INGREDIENTS: bulking agent: rice flour, vitamin B5 (D-calcium pantothenate), glazing agent: pullulan (herbal capsule), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), choline (phosphatidylcholine of SOYA origin), inositol, vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5’-phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5’-phosphate), vitamin B7 (D-biotin), vitamin B9 (calcium-L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

SUGGESTED USE: 1 to 2 capsules a day with water. It is recommended to take this product in the morning after breakfast over a period of one to six months as required.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a doctor or pharmacist in the case of pregnancy, breastfeeding and medication use. Do not use the dietary supplement as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential. Keep the product out of reach of children. Long-term use of vitamin B6 (over 10 mg per day) may cause mild tingling and numbness. Due to the high vitamin B6 content, the dietary supplement is not suitable for children.
