How to use:
Place gel bead migraine wrap in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 30 mins or chill In the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved.
Place migraine band over the forehead ensuring the fabric side is against the skin.
Adjust straps for a comfortable fit.
Wear for up to 20 minutes at a time.
