Nurme Magnesium chloride bath flakes

Instructions: dissolve 100-150 g (a handful) of magnesium chloride bath flakes in 4 liters of warm water (recommended temperature 37-41°C), soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. Use 2-3 times per week, if necessary then more often.
