Two Phase Eye Make-Up Remover helps to gently remove eye make-up waterproof mascara while leaving the skin with a silky feel. Its specially enriched formula with Pink Pomelo Extract Hyaluronic Acid and Panthenol, helps to moisturize and soften sensitive eye area.
Directions: Shake well before each use to mix the two phases and apply with a cotton pad without rubbing.
