BYS Brow Liner & Highlighting Pencil Black

Define and lift your brows with this two in one pencil. The easy to use Brow Pencil adds definition and shape whilst the pink Highlighting Pencil lifts the arch of the brow. Non-irritating and safe for sensitive eyes.

Direction: use the Brow Liner to fill in gaps using light, feathery strokes. Finish by gently applying Highlighting Pencil under the browline. Blend gently using brush or finger.

Warning: Not suitable for children under the age of 3 years.
