How to use: Begin by applying oil on the aread that you will be massaging. Holding the tool in a horizontal position, begin by gently stroking, starting at the ankle toward the inner thigh in an upward motion. Repeat 3-5 times per leg.
Use so strokes in an upward position towards the outer thigh. Continue the same motion for back of the legs. Repeat 3-5 time per leg. Practice smooth and gentle strokes as you glide the tool wrist to armpit. Repeat this motion on the outer parts of the arm. Repeat 3-5 times on each arm. When reaching the torso area, practice strokes in a downward motion towards the pubic bone. For best results, moisturize with lotion or cream to finish. Massage daily (morning or night) for optimal results.
