NMN (β-Nicotinamide mononucleotide) is naturally made from B vitamins in the body, and is a molecule naturally occurring in all life forms. NMN and NR are precursors to NAD+.

NMN is naturally present in various food sources, such as raw beef, fruits, and vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, edamame, cucumbers, avocados, and tomatoes.

Capsules: Each capsule contains at least 0.5 g (500 mg) of pure 99% NMN powder.

The capsules are made of pullulan and are therefore vegan-friendly.  Pullulan capsules are a premium, plant-based option derived from tapioca starch through natural fermentation. They are widely considered superior because they provide an exceptional oxygen barrier, dissolve in the stomach, usually within around 10 minutes and are completely free of animal products and common allergens.

This is a convenient option, especially when traveling. Unfortunately, filling the capsules with powder markedly increases the cost of the product.

NMN is also the more stable substance, not as prone to decay as NR.

NMN is temperature stable and does not need to be cooled during shipment. For long-term storage, this product may be placed in the freezer.
