If you order products from the Beauty Pro online store www.beautypro.ee, you can pick them up in person or order delivery to an Omniva, DPD, or SmartPOST parcel machine.

Beauty Pro pickup is available at Tartu mnt. 80J, Tallinn, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Ordered goods can be collected during Beauty Pro's opening hours upon presentation of an identification document (ID card, passport, driver's license) and the order number.

When ordering from Beauty Pro, the delivery fee is not added to the purchase price.

If the customer fails to pick up the item within 14 calendar days, they are deemed to have withdrawn from the contract. We will refund the amount for the uncollected order, including postage costs, immediately, but no later than 30 calendar days, to the same bank account used for payment.

I order goods from a SmartPOST parcel machine.

When ordering goods from a SmartPOST parcel machine, a delivery fee of €3.60 is added to the purchase price.

We deliver purchases worth €45 or more to parcel terminals free of charge.

Items purchased Monday through Thursday arrive at parcel terminals the day after purchase; items purchased Friday through Sunday arrive no later than the following Tuesday. Parcels arrive at parcel terminals in Saaremaa and Hiiumaa within three business days.

The customer is notified of the parcel's arrival at the parcel machine via SMS, which contains a unique code to open the locker. Instructions for using the code and opening the locker can be found on the parcel machine's touchscreen.

If the customer fails to pick up the item from the parcel terminal within 7 days, they are deemed to have withdrawn from the contract. We will refund the amount for the uncollected order, including postage costs, immediately, but no later than 30 calendar days, to the same bank account used for payment.

I use the SmartKULLER courier service.

If you choose SmartKULLER as your delivery method, a delivery fee of €3.60 will be added to the price of the item.

For those who use the courier service, goods are delivered to the address specified in the order.

Items purchased from Monday to Sunday are delivered one business day after purchase between 9:00 and 21:00.

The courier will agree on the exact time of delivery of the goods with the Client in advance by telephone.
